Application must be carried out at temperature below +50C.

• In case of exterior applications it is advisable to spread a thin layer of adhesive on the back of the tile, too. This prevents rain from penetrating into the gaps causing the detachment of the tile in case of frost.

• Hot and windy weather can affect the open time. This reduces the time for laying the tiles. In this case, it is preferable to spray the surface with water. If possible soak the tiles before laying.

• We suggest to carry out the grouting of the joints after 6 hours for wall applications and after 24 hours for floor applications.

Substrate preparation: The floor or wall surface must be even, clean and free from cracks, oil, grease, dust and loose debris. Highly absorbent surfaces should be moistened with water before tiling. Non-absorbent surfaces should be primed with a suitable primer like PAKTO-FIX .

Product Preparation: Mix one full bag of AM Master Bond with 3.75-4.25 liters of clean cold water in a clean mixing container, it’s recommended to mix the product by mean of mechanical low speed drill 1300 RPM or less) to get the best results, keep the mixture to rest for 3 minutes.

Product application: Apply AM Master Bond evenly on the substrate using a square notched trowel. Place the tiles and press firmly and gently, you can use a rubber hammer to ensure adhesion. Grout can be applied after 6 hours for walls, and 12 hours for floors.
